Shipping Information

How will I know if my order is shipped?

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation that your order was received.  Once you order is processed, you will receive another email from us saying that your order is on the way and it will include tracking information. 

What if my candle is broken when I receive it?

Due to the fragile nature of our candles, sometimes they do break in transit.  Please reach out to us right away at and let us know the damage occurred.  We will get a replacement sent out right away!
